"From graduation to Director of Photography: Framing human emotion, raw nature, and cinematic stories across every genre."
Following my graduation in Audiovisual Arts, Photography, and Videography, I embarked on a lifelong career dedicated to visual storytelling. Working as an independent Director of Photography (DoP), I have brought countless visual concepts to life behind the camera ranging from narrative feature films and dramatic television series to intimate real-world documentaries, commercial productions, and high-energy live shows.
Over Two Decades Behind the Lens • Capturing Stories That Move the World
True craftsmanship begins with a commitment to learning. When I chose to pursue my degree in Audiovisual Arts, Photography, and Videography, I saw it as far more than just acquiring a diploma it was an investment in my life's vision. I dedicated countess hours to mastering the fundamentals of lighting, camera movement, composition, sound design, and visual storytelling.
During those formative academic years, I learned that technique is the language through which emotion is expressed. I immersed myself in every aspect of the medium, learning how to turn a blank frame into a living, breathing story.

The Union of Lens & Trail
Working as a Director of Photography is not merely my profession—it is how I observe the world.
My extensive background in film production directly fuels my passion as an athlete and explorer. Whether filming long-distance cycling expeditions across Europe or capturing the untouched wilderness of Lebanon on a mountain trail,my camera remains my primary instrument for sharing hope, culture, and nature with the world.
For me, filming is far more than a profession it is a calling, an instinct, and a way of experiencing life. From the moment I first stepped behind a camera, I realized that cinematography is the art of rendering the invisible visible. It is the ability to capture a fleet moment, an unscripted emotion, or the subtle shift of natural light, and preserve it forever.
Every time I look through the viewfinder, the world quietens down to a single frame. Filming gives me the power to translate complex human feelings and grand natural landscapes into a visual language that transcends words and borders , PAUL IMAD.
